Course Description

Course Objectives

  1. To guide students into a deeper enquiry into the power of the self
  2. To facilitate an understanding of how self-awareness is the individual’s ultimate guide
  3. To help unlock the student’s authenticity through a reflection on key philosophical concepts
  4. To facilitate an understanding of the human complex and how knowledge impacts behaviour
  5. To develop an understanding of the significance of action and how a keen awareness of it forms the foundation of leadership

Course Outcomes

  1. At the end of the course, the student will be able to
  2. Understand the importance of self-awareness in navigating through life
  3. Competently apply self-knowledge to guide their actions and behaviour
