Presentation Guidelines

  1. Each paper is allocated 12 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for Q&A.
  2. After all six presentations, there will be up to 10 minutes for general discussion and session closure.
  3. Presentations must be in PowerPoint or PDF format.
  4. Speakers must arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes before their session starts.
  5. A Windows system and LCD projector will be provided for presentations.
  6. Speakers should load and check their slides in advance.
  7. Strict adherence to time limits is required.
  8. Organizers will be available for technical assistance.
  9. Presenters should limit slides to 12, assuming 1 minute per slide.
  10. If a presenter misses their allotted slot, the paper will not be included in the proceedings.
